How To Join and
What You Require:
1.
You need to have a valid Health Canada Medical Marijuana License,
known as MMAR/MMPR/ACMPR or Licensed Producer card.
2.
Second piece of ID, which can be either a drivers license, OHIP card, or
passport photo.
(Even as a club member, Photo ID may be requested at random.)
3.
Once you have collected all information requested above please take a
picture and submit it to: [email protected]

Producer, to confirm details.
We can not give a definitive time for the application process as this is dependent on the co-operation the LP/Doctor.
Once all information has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a consultation.
**We will not answer any product information or provide clinic information until the
above process has been completed**
